Before you email about verification
Nine times out of ten a key file that won't verify is one of these: it was uploaded to a subfolder rather than the site root; the site returns a styled 404 page with an HTTP 200 status; a security plugin or firewall is blocking .txt files; or a caching layer is still serving the old 404. Our verification message tells you which one it is — read it before you write to us, it'll be faster.
